help page is really out of date

I came to the Help page looking to see where the Haml discussions happen, but... failed.

Of the three options listed:

• Norman's twitter - inactive, and he apparently stopped being a maintainer 7 years ago anyway
• irc channel - this exists, no complaints here. (only 2 idle people here though. Is it ever hopping?)
• the Google Group - hasn't had a post since 2017

Also, the "development" page still erroneously says Norman is in charge.

Is there an active discussion list or help forum somewhere? Any recommendation on where I should ask questions?
