Bullet 3 - I don't get the OAuth consent screen on the top.
I think the interface has changed and it is now on the left.

Additionally, the OAuth process is not just an email/Product Name etc. Seems a little more complicated and I got a little lost. Help?

It has been a year, and no one has touched this. The guidance is confusing and can't be followed.
