Please disable LASH (or provide an option to)

Hi,

LASH was abandoned upstream in favor of LADISH, so please drop lash support or, at least, provide an option to disable it at build time.

There is already an option for disabling lash ('--without-lash') in git tree. I hope i'll get some time for proper preparing of 2nd milestone at weekend, so it will be a stable release with this option.
