BetterCMS looks pretty amazing and I am wondering why there is almost no activity. Even documentation is not maintained and contains out of date info. Do you have any future plans with it? Is it good idea to spend time to learn BetterCRM or is it a dead project? I think I could contribute when I learn it deeply but I am not sure if I am good enough to start without help from somebody who knows more...

Given no one has responded to this in 9 months I'm guessing it should be considered dead. Which is unfortunate because it looked like exactly the sort of project that would work perfect for when something doesn't need a CMS as complicated as Orchard or Umbraco.
