Helm Diff against manifests on local files system?

Hello,

is it also possible to run helm-diff against k8s manifests which are on the local system?

I do not want to compare against a k8s cluster but against k8s manifests stored in my git.

Have you looked at dyff?
You could helm template > file1.yml and use dyff to compare.

Its neat because it does logical diffing too, re-ordering of fields don't create a diff.
