Error: Coderoad failed to create

Describe the bug
When calling coderoad create in folder, this error occurs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use node v16 on a macOS Catalina
2. exec npm install --g @coderoad/cli
3. goto an empty folder and execute coderoad create
4. result in error, and no any files created
   

Expected behavior
No error happens and the files were successfully created
