UI to allow scenes to be reordered

Allow the scenes to be reordered by drag-n-drop
Select scene with mouse button, drag scene up or down showing insert point and insert at new point in timeline by releasing mouse button.

Alternate: Create scene numbers in data structure and create new activity reorder button
This will allow you to select the new position to rearrange the scenes

Thanks for the report! I would assume here you refer to the outline view in Plan. This feature used to be there in version 0 but did not get reimplemented yet on version 1...

For the scene lists I would not see rearranging as meaningful as the idea is to get all the scenes. Later on there will be filters to find scenes by tag, completion status, etc.

In the meantime if you need to reorder your scenes you can do so in "Write". The scenes and chapters there can be drag and dropped (maybe that misses a visual clue like a drag handle, let me know if that would be useful)
