Feature Description
When clicking "Create external calendar event" in calendar view we have an option to choose which calendar do we want to create the event in.
It would be nice to be able to configure the default value in the options, just like we can do it choosing "Target Calendar" in "Export Tasks to Google Calendar" in options.
