✨ Unicode scripts: Add option to output characters as text (not emoji)

The Get-Unicode.ps1 and Get-UnicodeByName.ps1 scripts should each add a parameter, i.e. -AsText or -As Text vs -As Emoji to replace -AsEmoji to append the output with U+FE0E VARIATION SELECTOR 15 (non-emoji text style).
