Delete duplicates UX improvement: ability to limit the duplicates removal to a set of folders

Currently, when running the "delete duplicates" procedure, it runs across all folders. It would be practical to have the ability to limit the scope of the duplicates removal functionality to a set of folders, for example the currently selected folders only.
