Documentation - "stable" RTD page is in non-standard format

The format of the documentation at: https://scancode-analyzer.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ is in a strange format.
It should be the same as the format for: https://scancode-analyzer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/.
I did not evaluate content differences.

The stable and latest versions are created automatically by ReadtheDocs. The difference is that noramlly latest points to the default branch (i.e main), while stable points to the highest version tag. Since I don’t see this project in my ReadtheDocs account (likely because I’m not the owner), I can’t check and configure it directly.
This isn’t a code issue, it’s a ReadtheDocs configuration matter. Setting the Default version correctly in the project’s admin settings should resolve it.
