List View Block Selection: Add caret at the end of the block

What problem does this address?

When I select a block using the list view, the caret is inserted at the start of the block. Then when I press enter, a new block is created before the selected block. I expected that the new block would be inserted after the selected block.

What is your proposed solution?

If the caret was added to the end of the block rather than the start of the block, pressing enter would add a new block after the selected block.
