[BUG] Steam collections keep being created despite not having any categories set in the parser

• Describe the bug
  Whenever I create a parser it always creates a steam collection, even if I remove the steam categories entry in the parser settings

• Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create parser
2. Remove Category for the parser
3. Parse games
4. Steam shows a collection for that game

• Expected behavior
  No steam collection should be created
