List manually installed mods in Easy Uninstaller

Check data folders and mLibs for unknown files and display these in the Easy Uninstaller UI, maybe with some indicator to indicate they were manually installed (could be an icon on the right, like where the gear is?)

Ideally it should allow uninstalling these, which simply deletes the files from the folder
