Return the test results in the same cucumber-messages format as expected by the main forge project

See the results of the main forge's "test-generators" command line command when run on the other generators.

This is only worth doing if there is a suitable plugin! This was challenging for the C# generator, and if we need to write custom code for every generator it may not be worth it.
