Save Analysis option greyed out (Trac #629)

After sending data to the P(r) or Invariant perspectives, the "Save Analysis" option in the file menu is greyed out.

Changing perspective, then changing back again re-enables the menu option.

Does seem to be very similar -- that seemed to be a focus issue and this is not completely inconsistant with that being the problem again I guess?
