Some Assets Missing From Text

I'm using thinkcspy: The PreTeXt Interactive Edition.

My username is bmontana-edu.

Data files, and images (needed in activities) present in the Restructured Text (rst) version are missing in the PreTeXt version (ptx). I have successfully added problems (for coding assignments) and data files used in the assignments. However, when I add a datafile that is used in a reading assignment (e.g. ccdata.txt in Chapter 11, section 4), it is not available in the reading. I can search and see that the file was added. Brad successfully made the cecata.txt file I added available. However, in the same chapter, section 11.7, another text file (mydata.txt) is not available.

I also noticed that luther.jpg is missing in chapter 8, section 11.

These things seem to be related: at least some assets present in the rst version did not port over to the ptx version.

@rbeezer These are all things that need us to finish up the directive that supports datafile for the academy builds.

@bnmnetp and @rbeezer This was the next issue I was going to look at because I will be using the Files chapter in a couple of weeks. I can see ccdata.txt, but I don't see mydata.txt. I think the Luther bell image is available now in Chapter 8. So, maybe this issue is mostly fixed.

In Chapter 15 about GUI programming, the example code is not linked:
15.3: all_user_input_widgets.py

@rbeezer -- the link that is generated for a runestone build to link to the two python files listed above is incorrect.

all_user_input_widgets.py

The link should start with _static not ../_static

And then there is the issue that _static/Programs/ is not getting copied. Maybe I missed something and there needs to be some publisher file setting??

Probably in the short term we can just embed these as listings so the students could use them.

@kklamberty -- I can see that there is a problem in the WithStatements.ptx and that the datafile is not done correctly for mydata.txt if you wanted to PR a fix for that it would be great!
