RemoteTech setup window showing but mod non-functional

Hi,
Mod is non-functional in KSP 1.12.5 - parts appear, setup window appears, but calculator is entirely absent and antennas fail to target, activate, etc.

Logs attached. Will do my own testing with mod removal at a later date but a solution from here may be the best way to get a definitive answer for others.

I fixed this by deleting all mods, booting KSP with only Remote-Tech (from CKAN), and then re-installing all other mods using CKAN.
I think this is related to some mysterious missing dependency in manual installation – that is not missing with CKAN.
