What:
Dashboard filter bar doesn't scroll horizontally when multiple filters are added — filters overflow off-screen and are only visible by zooming out the browser

Where:
Dashboard view, global filters bar at the top
Steps to reproduce:
Add 4+ filters to a dashboard → filters overflow with no scroll

Expected:
Filter bar scrolls horizontally (or wraps) to show all filters

Browser/OS:
e.g. Chrome 146 on macOS
