Bug Description:
The side navigation menu on the careers page for any job type (https://posthog.com/careers/product-engineer) cannot be scrolled all the way to the bottom when the virtual window is smaller than the side panel with all of the job titles, preventing access to menu items at the bottom of the list.
Steps to Reproduce:
Visit https://posthog.com/careers/product-engineer
Resize the virtual window so the last entry in the job title list on the left isn't visible
Attempt to scroll the side menu down to view all available items
Observe that scrolling stops before reaching the bottom of the menu
Environment:
Browsers tested: Chrome and Firefox (desktop)
Ad blockers disabled
Operating System: Windows 11
Expected behavior:
The side menu should be fully scrollable, allowing access to all menu items.
Actual behavior:
The menu scrolling is blocked/limited, preventing access to items at the bottom.
