Mouse Pointer Offset Bug

Description:

There is an issue with the mouse pointer offset in the engine. Users need to click slightly above interactive elements (buttons, screen split, and other engine elements) to register the click.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the application.
2. Navigate to any screen with interactive elements (e.g., buttons, screen split).
3. Attempt to click directly on the interactive elements.

Expected Behavior:

Clicking directly on the interactive elements should register the click.

Actual Behavior:

Users need to click just above the interactive elements to register the click.

I've not encountered this issue myself. I noticed there are "black bars" on the top, and to the left in your provided screenshot:

Does the issue remain if you rescale, minimize/maximize the editor window?

It feels like the offset you mention is equal to this "black bars" width and height?

I'm not really sure what's going on to be honest.
