Success criteria

• Initial model to handle various future analyzers
• Error Handler module: check for TIMDEX error state and bypass Result Extract if it makes sense to just Display error context in UI

Out of scope

• Any non-TIMDEX error state analyzers

One thing I noticed while doing the initial UI work is that, for a search with no results, the set of aggregations is still fully populated (just with no items in each collection) - I like the idea of the view layer just saying "render everything in the aggregations block" - so maybe the work of the analyzer could be to strip out empty terms from the aggregations element?
