Consider extending the APIProduct CRD with a new field for key expiration limits that map to tiers in plans. Controller would handle expiration, marking keys expired or deleting.
This is a nice to have, can be done at a later point (likely not for the initial release?)
We'd likely want to include some additional states for APIKeys, e.g. Expired.
