[UX] Add table and filter items in API product page

Based on the testing feedback

• It is good to add retried and deprecated API status for APIs in API list table and filter. The retried and deprecated APIs are not allowed to publish or unpublish. API owner is able to update API status in API details page
• It is better to add created time for API in API list table
