Custom gateway API overview view

WHAT

Create a custom Gateway overiew page taking inspiration from Kuadrant's Overview page

Surfacing information like

• Total number of gateways,healthy and unhealthy gateways
• List of all gateways
• List of all httproutes
• List of Gateway API policies

This could be scaled down to surfacing this information in the respective resources as tabs like we do for policies rather then a standalone view

Hey Rachel, quick question — since Kuadrant already has an Overview page in the console, are we planning to just iterate it based on that, or do we actually need to design/build a new Overview from scratch for Gateway API overview?
And I'm wondering, where will this overview page be? In Kuadrant or somewhere else?
