Image Clean up in quay.io

WHAT

In quay.io there are many images related to PR builds.
We should tidy remove older images.

The affected image repositories:

• https://quay.io/repository/kuadrant/dns-operator-bundle?tab=tags
• https://quay.io/repository/kuadrant/dns-operator-catalog?tab=tags
• https://quay.io/repository/kuadrant/dns-operator?tab=tags

DONE

• Images older than 30 days are removed from quay.io.
• Images related to tagged releases are not removed.
