Describe the bug

When you try to teleport an occupied, running vehicle by hundreds or thousands of blocks, the server cancels it and sometimes erases your vehicle.

This is a compatibility issue with any mods that induce teleportation in normal gameplay (For example Stargates in AUNIS).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Get a vehicle
  2. Try to /tp very far (f.ex. /tp @e[r=1] ~-56000 256 ~)
  3. The console will print some Received passengers for unknown entity and when you're currently moving some Seat was made to move a stupid distance in a frame. When you teleport back, the vehicle will be gone.

Expected behaviour

When /tping a vehicle, It should simply teleport to the destination and you should be able to continue driving it.

They got I bit different behaviour than me when I reproduced it but the problem should be the same
