Not all users in intercom have a company and this setting cannot be changed in intercom. My proposed solution is writing a lookup table where the URL of the CAPP version they are replying from is matched to a table of known companies, to assign a company. This will allow us to not have to rewrite the whole application to account for users without a company, merely the worker.
