1. Do we have to add multilingual functionality to STA, or does it suffice for us to provide info on what language is being provided?
2. Can we get around the 2 language tags required for INSPIRE:

• the response Language parameter indicating the natural language used in the Get Download Service Metadata response parameters,
• the Supported languages parameter containing the list of the natural languages supported by the Download Service.

3. Must we accept a language parameter? As we only have the default language to provide, is it enough that STA doesn't crash when a language parameter is provided?
