Request for rmats 4.1.2

The tools rmats available to be installed from UseGalaxy: https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repository?repository_id=59945452e1ba836a
does not have a biocontainers that match its requirements :

• rmats 4.1.2
• r-base 4.0

Would it be possible to add one? Thanks

Sorry for the delay. As far as I can seen rmats is managed by the bioconda side.
There is a containers with rmats 4.1.2 already, does it not contains r-base 4.0 maybe?
