Woopayments Transaction Export Reporting Wrong Order Id

Hi

We use Webtoffees Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce plugin and WooPayments. In the WooPayments transaction reporting screen the Order Id shows the order id that we set in the Webtoffee plugin. However, when we export the transactions to csv, we get the original internal Woocommerce order Id in the export rather than the Order Id displayed on screen. This feels like a bug and it’s causing accounting chaos – can you help?

Hi there, we currently have no way of exporting order numbers. The order numbers are stored on the site, which, given the order ID, can find the number and display it. The exports happen on our system which has no awareness of the 3rd party plugins installed on the site, only of the core WooCommerce concepts, such as the order ID.

While a fix for this is being prioritised, the best course of action, especially when accounting would be to match the orders by their IDs, not numbers. For example, export the orders using an extension such as this one, and match the data using the ID column.
